Ratuzky Winery is a small family winery, which was founded in 2004. It follows the long-standing viticultural and winemaking tradition of the Zárub family, where Andrea's wife comes from. Ratuzka's couple took over the parent's cellar and vineyard and began making wine professionally. Today, the winery manages its own and leased vineyards with an area of ​​2 hectares in Vinosady and Modra, but it buys most of the grapes from contracted winegrowers from the Malokarpatska wine-growing region. The grapes are processed with the latest technology, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature and matures in stainless steel tanks, wooden barrels and plastic containers. The annual production is about 30,000 - 40,000 liters of wines. We prefer and produce mainly the varieties that best suit the local soil and climatic conditions: Green Veltliner, Pinot Gris, Rizling Welsch, Riesling, Blaufrankish, Muller Thurgau. In the center of Pezinok, in the Old Town Hall, we have had a wine shop since 2003, in which we present and sell our wines, as well as the wines of several Little Carpathian winemakers. The wine shop also includes a cellar from the middle of the 17th century, where we make tastings and meet friends and lovers of Malokarpattia wines
